2007-2008 MACY Award Ceremony - June 1, 2008
MACY (Music and Art Commendation for Youth) Awards recognize, encourage and promote
achievement and excellence in high school musical theatre in Southern California. The MACY judges
spend countless hours each year attending high school musical productions across Los Angeles,
Orange and San Diego counties, and preparing for the Annual MACY Awards Ceremony.
Alex received the 2008 Actor of the Year Award for his performance as Don Quixote
in the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts production of Man of La Mancha.
